Due to a lack of commitments, the Shul weekend will not be happening. However, we did get feedback from people and now know what arranging such a weekend will entail in the future. This will help us in planning a weekend for a future Shabbos.
After much time and effort, it appears that we have settled on the arrangements of a possible Shul weekend. The cost should be around $500 and should not exceed $550. That cost covers everything (rooms, meals, etc.). Although we had originally mentioned the weekend of Parshas Beshalach we have now settled on the week prior, which is Parshas Bo (Jan. 15-17). With Parshas Bo around the corner, we would like to know who would attend if this would work out. If everyone can please respond to this email (even if you do not plan attending). We need about 25 commitments to make this happen. To make things easier, please respond either ‘Yes’, ‘No’, or ‘Maybe’. We need to have answers within 24 hours.
If you have any specific question, feel free to call or text Mutty Stein at 917-613-4123. he can also be emailed at MStein.
Hi All,
This will be my final email :-)…Thanks so much to all that have contributed to my Chai Lifeline half marathon coming up later this month IYH. I need a little more to go to help reach my goal of $10,000. With your graciousness I am getting closer and closer to my goal by BH been able to raise over $8000. If you have not yet contributed and can help me reach my goal, contributions can be made by the link below. No contribution is too little! All contributions are greatly appreciated!.
